Objectives

Event Objectives

Learner will be able to explain the pathophysiological consequences of chronic insulin use in type 2 diabetes mellitus, including its role in promoting cardiovascular disease, oxidative stress, and endothelial dysfunction.
Learner will be able to design a clinical transition protocol from insulin dependency to a GLP-1–, metformin-, and berberine-based metabolic restoration regimen, incorporating fasting physiology and hormonal optimization.
Learner will be able to evaluate clinical outcomes—such as glycemic stability, cardiovascular risk reduction, and microvascular healing—achieved through integrative metabolic therapy within a personalized medicine framework.
