This session is ideal for: Family caregivers, direct support professionals, healthcare providers, case managers, aging network professionals, and others supporting older adults with IDD.

Objectives
  • Describe the development of the Oklahoma CARES statewide respite navigation resource and its role in connecting caregivers to respite services through a 4M lens.
  • Identify key strategies used to build and sustain partnerships across aging, disability, and caregiver-serving organizations to improve access to respite resources.
  • Explore practical 4M approaches for fostering cross-sector collaboration that can be adapted to strengthen respite systems and caregiver supports in other states and communities.
