Explore current research findings that support the role of physical therapy in addressing common postpartum issues such as pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, and musculoskeletal pain
Discuss the importance of patient education and empowerment in postpartum care, including self-care techniques, ergonomic principles, and lifestyle modifications
Describe the use of postpartum physical therapy as a continuum of care for women from conception through full recovery from pregnancy
