A 55-minute recorded webinar on the topic of determining decision making capacity. It will include a review a federal and state legislative history related to medical decision-making as well as the available tools for determining decision making capacity. It will also include a discussion of the legal standards associated with decision-making capacity along with an examination of real case examples.
