What is my eeds PIN and how do I find it out?
The eeds PIN (Personal Identification Number) is essentially your eeds acccount number; it is a number that uniquely identifies you. The eeds PIN is usually printed on the front of your eeds swipe card. If you lose your card and need a reminder of your PIN, contact an eeds representative for a reminder.

If I lose my eeds card or forget my PIN, can I still access my account?
Yes. eeds provides three ways to access your account.

  • Your eeds PIN
  • Your e-mail address
  • Your AAFP ID number (if applicable)

  • What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, eeds can e-mail it to the address specified in your eeds profile. To have your password e-mailed to you, begin logging in, and when asked for your password, click the "Forgot password?" link.

Does my eeds account ever expire?
No, your eeds account never expires. If you have ever been assigned an eeds PIN, then you have an eeds account that will always be available.

I’ve never accessed my eeds account and don’t have a password. Do I need to contact someone before logging in?
No. If you’ve already been assigned a PIN or have an eeds card, then all you need to do to access your account is enter your PIN. The system will detect that you don’t have a password and you will be asked to create one. You will also have the opportunity to set up the rest of your account at this time.

I tried to have my password e-mailed to me, but it never came. What should I do?
This probably happened because the e-mail address in your eeds profile is different than the e-mail account you’re checking. If you have multiple e-mail accounts, check all of them to see if your password appeared in one of your other accounts. If you still can’t find it, you may contact an eeds representative to have your password reset.

If I purchase a subscription to view a detailed report of my CME, will it contain all of my past attendance data or only attendance for the activities I attend after I purchase the subscription?
Your CME report will contain all of your attendance, regardless of how recent or old it may be. If you’ve used your eeds swipe card, you can be sure that the data is in your account.

I no longer work for the organization that issued my eeds card. Do I need to purchase a new card?
No. Your eeds card is linked to your PIN, which is independent of your employer. Your eeds card will work in any eeds terminal that utilizes eeds cards, regardless of who the terminal is leased to.
