CE Applications

Are you planning a CE Program? Children's Hospital Los Angeles has elected to collect CE Applications electronically through eeds. In order to complete your application:
  1. Click "Begin CE Application Request" below
  2. Provide basic information about the program
  3. The CE Administrator at Children's Hospital Los Angeles will be notified about the application request
Many applications require request approval before completing the required worksheets. You'll be notified via email about request decisions.
Application for a Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS)
Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) (including Grand Rounds, M&M Conferences, Journal Clubs.) An RSS is defined as a live activity planned as a series with multiple, ongoing session, that are offered weekly, month, or quarterly, for CHLA's professional staff and generally targets the same audience over the entire series.
