Accessing Our W-9 Form
To access our W-9 and Exhibitor Prospectus, exhibitors must first complete the registration form. This helps us track interest and ensures you receive important event updates.
Upon completing your registration, you will:
- Gain immediate access to download the Exhibitor Prospectus and W-9 form
- Receive an email with a link to submit payment at a later time, if needed
Payment Information
- Tables are not reserved until payment is received or a formal commitment to pay has been made.
- If your company would like to pay via ACH, please contact [email protected] for banking details.
Exhibitor Representation
- Each company is allowed up to two (2) representatives per table at no additional charge.
- A third representative may be added for an additional fee of $1,000.00.
- If you would like more than three representatives, you must purchase an additional table for your company.
Registration & Cancellation Policy
- Registration is an expression of interest and a way to inform us of your desire to be contacted. It is not a binding agreement.
- You may cancel your registration at any time.
- If payment has been made, refunds are available up to two weeks before the event. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
