Upon completing your registration, you will have access to download the Exhibitor Prospectus and W-9.

If your company would like to pay via ACH, please contact katie.oconnell@nuvancehealth.org for banking details.

Each company is allowed up to two (2) representatives per table at no additional charge. If you would like to have a third representative, there is an additional fee of $1,000.00. If you would like more than three representatives at your table, you must purchase an additional table for your company.

Please note that registration is an expression of interest and an opportunity to inform us of your desire to be contacted. It is not a binding agreement, and you may cancel your registration at any time. However, if payment has been made, refunds will be available up to two weeks before the event. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
