CE Applications

Are you planning a CE Program? Mountain AHEC has elected to collect CE Applications electronically through eeds. In order to complete your application:
  1. Click "Begin CE Application Request" below
  2. Provide basic information about the program
  3. The CE Administrator at Mountain AHEC will be notified about the application request
  4. The CE Application Request will be reviewed
  5. You will receive an e-mail with the requirements to launch your CE program
January 1, 2020 - December 31, 2021
RSS (Grand Rounds/Tumor Board) application for 2020/2021 cycle. Application in full, contracts, and disclosures due on or before February 1, 2020.
