CE Applications

Are you planning a CE Program? Connecticut Children's has elected to collect CE Applications electronically through eeds. In order to complete your application:
  1. Click "Begin CE Application Request" below
  2. Provide basic information about the program
  3. The CE Administrator at Connecticut Children's will be notified about the application request
Many applications require request approval before completing the required worksheets. You'll be notified via email about request decisions.

READ THE GUIDE FIRST! The "Activity Director's Guide for Completing the 2023-2024 CME Activity Application" can be found by clicking the "Links" tab above and scrolling to the "Applying for CME Credit/Activities" section.

All sections of the application must be filled out completely and to the best of the activity director's ability, prior to the activity being reviewed for approval.
