Event Information

Approximately 150 physicians, APPs, nurses and clinical staff interested in Neurology, Neurosurgery, and other neurosciences from the Reading, Lehigh, and Philadelphia areas will attend this event.

Due to this being a CME event displays will be in an area outside of the conference room and vendors may not have any influence on the educational content of the activity. Advertisements and promotional materials may not be displayed or distributed in the educational space at any time. Representatives may attend the educational activity under the following conditions: they may not engage in sales activities or discussions while in the room where the activity takes place and they must remove their company name badges while in the meeting room.

Displays may be set up prior to the conference start time and remain set up throughout the entire event. A 6ft table and two chairs will be provided, and representatives are welcome to enjoy breakfast, lunch and break refreshments.

Registration online prior to the conference is required to ensure space. Payment may be made online with credit card (we do not accept American Express). If paying by check please reference invoice number NS91826 and mail the check to:
